In-depth communication with customers, detailed understanding of the customer's corporate culture, company background, industry and other characteristics, to discuss and analyze the positions recruited
sign the agreement
Further clarify the responsibilities, job conditions, special requirements and corresponding remuneration and benefits of the required recruitment positions, and sign and confirm after the two parties reach a consensus

Develop a detailed search plan. Rely on the candidate database and our professional hunting skills to reach out to every potential candidate
Recommended talents
Through multi-level and all-round interviews, evaluations, and careful screening with potential candidates, a complete candidate recommendation report is finally presented to the client.
background check
When a client preliminarily selects a candidate, we will conduct a background check on the candidate at the client's request to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the candidate's information
Recommended success
The client signs an employment agreement with the candidate, and pays the headhunting service fee according to the agreement
Follow-up service
After the candidate is formally hired, if the candidate leaves during the probationary period, we will provide the client with free supplementary services for the position

Candidates leave

Prepayments
During the contract period, if there is no recommendation from any candidate, or the quality of the recommended candidate is not recognized by the company, we will refund 100% of the advance payment.
Candidate quality
The recommended candidates must go through an interview, verify the candidate's professional experience before recommending, and conduct a 100% background check before entering the job

正式聘用候选人后,如果候选人在试用期阶段离职的,我们将为客户就该职位提供免费补充服务
